How to Register as a Windham Democrat

Voter applications are available at the Town Hall in the Registrars of Voters Office. The office is open Mon 9-12, Tues. 8-11, Wed. 8-11, or Thurs. 4-7:30; or you can pick an application up at the Town Clerk's Office. Applications also are available at the Willimantic Public Library for those of you that can only pick up on Saturday's.The phone number for the Registrar of Voters is 465-3016. REMEMBER YOU CAN ALWAYS HAVE ONE MAILED TO YOU!
