2. All new members received a copy of the WDTC's by-laws.

4. Treasurer's Report: Balance = $390.79 with expenditures. Motion to accept the Treasurer's Report: J. Lescoe/D. Rayhall &endash; Vote: unanimous
5. Chair's Report:
• Any member wishing to attend the various conventions, which will be held in the summer, need to contact the Chair as soon as possible of which conventions they would like to attend. State convention, Congressional convention, Senatorial convention and Judge of Probate.• Moment of silence held in memory of Sam Bonafine's wife, who recently passed away. Our thoughts and prayers with you and your family.

7. Update on Fundraising: S. Johnson reported on the spaghetti dinner fundraiser to be held on Friday, April 12, 2002, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the V.F.W. All members to sell at least 10 tickets each, attend the event and help out with the cooking and the serving.
8. Nomination of S. Johnson to fill out the term held by J. Mazzola, Expiration 2005: Y.Negron/M. Sewall Motion for nominations to be closed and the secretary cast one affirmative ballot: L. O'Brien/W. Sayers &endash; Vote: unanimous Corresponding Secretary to send notice to the Town Clerk.
9. Registrar of Voter's Report: W. Sayers reported that the Registrar's Advisory Committee met. L. Montalvo will be looking up some information regarding funding and grants, voting and referendum information to be done bilingually, a massive canvas will be conducted beginning in the Spring. We will need everyone's participation in this for it to be a success. There will be two separate referendums &endash; one for the budget and one for the Economic Development bonding issue. J. Perez requested that there be no police presence at the polls.
10. D. Rayhall gave a brief presentation on the educational budget. On Monday, March 11, 2002, at 7:00 p.m., there will be a public forum on the educational budget.
11. NEXT MEETING: April 1, 2002 @ 8:00 p.m. @ V.F.W.
12. The voting of delegations for the various conventions will be held at the next meeting.
13. Dennis O'Brien announced his candidacy for Judge of Probate again. Chair: H. Clements, Treasurer: J. McGrath and Deputy Treasurer: Y. Negron
14. Chair explained process of delegates and conventions.
15. State Representative Walter Pawelkewicz spoke briefly about the Governor's budget, what Windham can expect, educational funding, and PILOT.
16. Dates of conventions: State &endash; July 12 & 13, Congressional &endash; July 20, Senatorial and Judge of Probate TBA.
